Sales Manager - Financial Services

GoldBook Financial is seeking a full-time, on-site Vice President of Sales Management. (Sales Manager).

Serving our two southern California offices located in La Jolla and Costa Mesa.

Required:

* Must be able to work and commute to each office.

* Proven experience and success in the sale of protection and investments products. And/or management of a successful sales team selling protection and investment products.

* FINRA licenses: 7 and 66 , 63 or 65 .

* Life, Accident and Health Insurance license.

Good To Know:

Our sales manager's role is a hybrid position and can retain ownership of a book of business and maintain personal production.

This role's focus and priority is to ensure sales growth by recruiting, developing, and leading a team of financial advisors to meet annual production targets from the sale of protection and investment products, financial planning and wealth management services.

* Establish networks and cultivate referrals to generate a steady stream of candidates/
* Broaden and deepen your skillset through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associates.

Compensation:

Please note the salary range posted is an estimated range.

Actual minimum compensation will be determined by years of experience, personal prior production, and/or team production if currently in a sales manager role.

Total compensation will also include commissions, overrides, bonuses and a robust benefits package.
