Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with physicians and other healthcare professionals to report on patient progress, identify concerns, and address potential issues regarding student well-being.

• Collaboratively engage with the healthcare team to develop comprehensive treatment plans, including discharge strategies based on psychosocial assessments and social work methodologies.

• Provide individual therapy and crisis intervention to students, assessing and treating emotional and behavioral challenges through tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Consult and coordinate with families and support systems to ensure comprehensive treatment plans and effective discharge planning.

Qualifications\n
