Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead and facilitate engaging group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients connect, share experiences, and draw strength from one another.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with young adults facing diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, and trauma-related issues. These vulnerable populations require a counselor who possesses both patience and expertise, to guide them through their healing journey and foster resilience. Your role will be to educate them about their mental health conditions and empower them with the tools necessary for sustainable recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A master’s degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy is required.

• Licensure: Current LPC licensure in New Jersey is mandatory.

• Clinical Experience: A strong background in mental health treatment, particularly with clients diagnosed with mood disorders, in both residential and outpatient settings is essential.
