Honeybird in La Canada Flintridge is looking for an AM Prep Cook to join our team. We are located on 714 Foothill Blvd. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Food Preparation: Washing, peeling, slicing, dicing, and measuring ingredients.
  • Recipe Components: Partially cooking food and making sauces, dressings, or marinades.
  • Inventory & Storage: Labeling, dating, and storing prepped food properly to maintain freshness and meet health safety standards.
  • Sanitation: Washing utensils, sweeping floors, sanitizing workstations, and taking out the trash.
  • Stocking & Deliveries: Helping to organize the walk-in cooler and putting away wholesale food deliveries.

Qualifications

  • Must have at least 1-2 years of previous restaurant experience.
  • Show a track record of consistency in the workplace.
