What You’ll Do

As an AM Cook, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional dining experience that Blue Bayou is known for. Your responsibilities will include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of menu items with precision and consistency.
Ensuring all dishes are plated to perfection and meet our high-quality standards.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Following recipes and kitchen procedures to deliver the authentic flavors our guests love.
Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service.
Monitoring inventory and assisting with food prep to keep the kitchen running efficiently.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a professional kitchen setting.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and kitchen equipment.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
Dependability and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences.
