Inventory Operations Coordinator (P1) Long-Term Temporary Position Pay Rate: $24.00 $26.00 per hour

Position Summary

The Inventory Operations Coordinator supports the Inventory Management team by helping maintain accurate inventory records, tracking incoming shipments, organizing documentation, and supporting day-to-day operational activities. This role works closely with multiple departments to ensure inventory and operational processes run smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, product information, and shipping documentation.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies or potential issues.
• Track inbound shipments and provide shipment status updates.
• Organize receiving documents, packing lists, and shipment files.
• Support inventory organization and ongoing maintenance activities.
• Assist with product setup and updates in Shopify.
• Support cross-functional projects by tracking tasks, documenting progress, and providing status updates.
• Edit and maintain product manuals, technical documents, and product descriptions.
• Work with the Customer Experience team to help answer product-related questions.
• Assist with other inventory and operations-related tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with inventory systems, ERP systems, or Shopify preferred.
• Inventory, logistics, warehouse, or operations experience is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Reporting Structure

• Reports to the Operations Manager of Inventory.
• Works closely with Customer Experience and Global Operations teams.

Position Details

• Temporary position with potential for longer-term opportunities.
• Initially intended to support seasonal business needs through the Halloween season.
• Position requirements will be reviewed after the fall season based on business needs.
