Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Database: Oracle
- Operating System experience: UNIX or Linux
- Cloud: GCP
- Tools- Grafana, Splunk, Geneos, Ansible, Control-M, Terraform, GitHub/GitHub Action
Roles & Responsibilities
- Production Support, PL-SQL, Unix, ITIL (Incident Management, Service Request, Problem Management, Change Management, Continual Service Improvement), GCP.
- Knowledge of any monitoring tools good to have, Understanding of DevOps/automation good to have
- Associate is expected to provide L2 support for critical investment banking applications
