Work Environment

Located in the heart of Winter Haven, Florida, our rehabilitation center offers a collaborative and warm atmosphere. This onsite position allows you to engage closely with clients and assess their needs in real-time, fostering strong therapeutic relationships. You will work alongside a talented team of professionals, including physical therapy assistants, administrative staff, and other healthcare specialists, all focused on delivering outstanding patient care. Your work schedule will be Monday to Friday, promoting a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement individualized physical therapy treatment plans aimed at preventing disability, alleviating pain, and optimizing muscle function.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess client abilities through diagnostic tests pertaining to muscle, nerve, and joint function.
• Oversee and provide guidance to physical therapy assistants in implementing prescribed therapy regimens effectively.
• Make appropriate recommendations for home modifications to facilitate clients' independence during rehabilitation.
• Administer a variety of traditional and therapeutic interventions, including manual therapies, therapeutic exercises, and the use of physical agents.
• Evaluate and adjust prosthetic and orthotic devices in collaboration with physicians to ensure optimal fit and functionality.
• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation of evaluations, care plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in compliance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, contributing valuable insights for comprehensive care planning and case management.
• Educate clients and their families on therapeutic protocols, device management, and overall wellness strategies.
• Respond proactively to changes in client conditions and adapt treatment plans accordingly, ensuring thorough communication with the healthcare team.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflective of experience and performance.
