Key Responsibilities

• Effectively assess and address the individual needs and goals of patients during therapy sessions.
• Manage a consistent caseload, typically seeing one patient per hour, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on evidence and best practices in physical therapy.
• Utilize various treatment techniques to provide patient-centered therapy aimed at improving mobility and functionality.
• Encourage lifestyle modifications and educate patients about the importance of strength, flexibility, and coordination.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure a holistic approach to patient welfare and rehabilitation.
• Document all care services, treatment outcomes, and patient progress meticulously to track improvements.
• Advocate for non-surgical options and provide cost-effective alternatives to orthopedic care.
• Continuously motivate and empower patients throughout their rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Education: Required Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy or a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT).
• Licensing: A valid Florida Physical Therapist license is mandatory.
• Professional Integrity: Must possess a clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions.
• Skills: Strong competency in orthopedic manual therapy techniques and proficiency in creating and executing tailored exercise regimens.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience working in orthopedic outpatient settings is preferred for this role.
• Demonstrated expertise in delivering customized physical therapy programs and rehabilitation plans.
• Experience collaborating with multi-disciplinary healthcare teams is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
