Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients with functional limitations and disabilities to develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients to educate them on their conditions, treatment options, and recovery progress.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary treatment teams, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a seamless continuum of care.
• Document all evaluations, treatment plans, and progress accurately and efficiently in compliance with applicable laws and professional standards.
• Supervise and direct the activities of support staff, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and effective resource management.
• Participate in leadership and community outreach initiatives to promote physical therapy and contribute to program development.
• Continuously enhance professional skills through ongoing education and training opportunities, including in-services and workshops.
• Evaluate treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments to improve patient outcomes continuously.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at True Solutions, you will primarily work with a diverse patient population that includes individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, those with chronic pain conditions, and patients with neurological impairments. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• State License in Physical Therapy is mandatory to practice within Florida.
