Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand client history and current concerns.

• Gather comprehensive patient histories to inform treatment planning and intervention.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, tailored to client needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on goals relevant to each client's circumstances.

• Document patient progress meticulously to ensure accountability and consistency in care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the community health clinic to provide holistic care and support.

• Engage in psychoeducation with clients and their families to support understanding and coping strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Valley of Lily Psychotherapy Services, you will work primarily with families and individuals experiencing a range of emotional and relational issues. Our clients may seek assistance dealing with marital conflict, parenting challenges, trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Your expertise will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their challenges and achieve healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.
\n
• Current MFT license to practice in the state of Pennsylvania.
\n
• Certification in one or more modes of therapy such as structural family therapy, strategic therapy, or narrative therapy is preferred.

• Strong clinical skills, with at least one year of post-licensure clinical experience.
\n
• Bilingual communication skills are highly valued and can enhance your effectiveness as a therapist.

Preferred Experience\n

Preference will be given to candidates who have demonstrated proficiency in psychoeducation and possess methods for effective relationship counseling. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and experience working in community health settings will be beneficial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
