Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' mental health needs, employing evidence-based practices.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic modalities suitable for each patient.

• Deliver high-quality individual and/or couples therapy sessions utilizing various therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in compliance with HIPAA standards.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities to continuously enhance therapeutic skills.

• Engage actively with multidisciplinary teams, collaborating to provide comprehensive care and support for patients.

• Implement measures to monitor and improve client satisfaction within therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on a diverse range of patients, including adults, children, and adolescents experiencing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Must be a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

LifeStance Health offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward your expertise and dedication. The salary range for this position is USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , dependent upon experience and productivity levels. We offer a variety of valuable benefits, including:
