What You'll Do

As a  Remote Client Support Associate , you'll combine customer service, relationship building, benefits education, and client support in a fully virtual environment.

  Connect With Clients

• Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

• Connect with individuals who have requested information

• Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities

• Build positive, professional relationships

• Create a welcoming and personalized client experience

  Educate & Guide

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health benefit options

• Answer questions clearly and professionally

• Help clients understand available programs and coverage

• Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment

• Explain next steps and required documentation

• Provide timely follow-up throughout the process

❤️  Provide Ongoing Client Support

• Assist existing clients with policy-related questions

• Conduct policy reviews when appropriate

• Assist with beneficiary updates

• Maintain accurate digital client records

• Manage appointments and follow-up communications

• Provide continued customer service after enrollment

Work With Clients Who Have Requested Information

Rather than spending your day randomly prospecting, you'll connect with  individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits .

Your role focuses on:

This allows you to concentrate on building relationships and delivering an excellent client experience.

Your client appointments, training, coaching, and team collaboration are completed virtually.

You'll work using technology such as:

• Zoom

Weekly Performance-Based Compensation

• Be comfortable communicating through Zoom and phone

• Be willing to complete required training

• Be willing and able to obtain the appropriate  state Life & Health Insurance License  before conducting activities requiring a license
