Sous Chef Rosa’s Thai We’ve come a long way since Saiphin Moore and Alex Moore opened our first restaurant in 2006. Back then, they couldn’t afford new signage, so they kept the name above the door of an old East End café. Rosa’s Thai Café was reborn. Today, we’re a growing group of restaurants across the UK. Same ambition. Same values. Same love for proper Thai food. The role We’re looking for a confident, hands‑on Sous‑Chef to help the Head chef lead the kitchen. You’ll take ownership of the food, the team, and the standards. Every dish, every service, every detail.
