Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Concierge. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to enhance the overall experience of our guests.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greeting guests/customers
- Manage guest/customer complaints
- Taking messages
- Managing mail, luggage and deliveries
- Perform basic administrative/secretarial/reception duties
- Running errands to assist guests
- Provide information and recommendations on local features, attractions, shopping, restaurants, dining, entertainment, nightlife, and recreation
- Managing customer/guest requests for housekeeping and/or maintenance
- Develop network of contacts, service providers and businesses within their communities to serve guests
Education and Requirements
- Maintain updated knowledge of assets specific to the company's needs.
- Greet guests and confirm reservations.
- Provide excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Maintain positive ongoing relationships.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism.
- Multitask and prioritize as necessary to meet customer needs.
- Represent the company with integrity and dedication.
- High school education required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.25 - $16.58 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Ability to Relocate:
- Edgewater, NJ 07020: Relocate before starting work (Required)
