This position operates fully remotely, providing you with the flexibility to maintain a work-life balance while delivering therapy from the comfort of your chosen workspace. While you will be primarily conducting sessions via telehealth, you will also have the opportunity to work in our outpatient office in Portland as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Harmony Fields Counseling, your scope of work will include:

• Conducting engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Assessing clients' emotional and psychological needs to formulate personalized treatment plans that align with their therapeutic goals.

• Employing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and systemic therapy, to facilitate meaningful change and empower clients.

• Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintaining accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans, in adherence to company policies and HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and optimal client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve interacting with a variety of client backgrounds and presenting issues, including but not limited to relational conflicts, emotional distress, mental health concerns, and family dynamics. You will have the opportunity to support diverse populations and contribute to their healing journey through effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, applicants must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.

• Demonstrated experience in therapeutic practices with diverse populations and familiarity with a range of presenting issues.
