60-Day Accounting Project | Investment Management Firm Love working with numbers and mastering custom Excel templates? We are hiring an Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate 60-day project! Key Skills: Excel (Pivot Tables/Lookups), Credit Card Expense Coding & GL Reconciliations. Pay: $28.00/hr | Immediate Start! salary: $28 - $30 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Associate Responsibilities Credit Card & Expense Processing: Manage the end-to-end coding, allocation, and reconciliation of corporate credit card expenses and vendor invoices within our financial systems and advanced Excel templates. Advanced Spreadsheet & Template Management: Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, and complex data formatting) to manipulate, clean, and map accounting data into standardized templates.
