Full Charge Bookkeeper Job Position

Experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper who will be responsible for the practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports. Provides assistance to other financial functions: budgets, payroll, etc. May require a bachelor's degree. Public Accounting experience is preferred. Typically requires 3-5 years of experience in-depth knowledge and experience with QuickBooks and all aspects of payroll reporting. Must be proficient with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and have a thorough understanding of debits and credits. Extensive knowledge of the function and department processes. Full Charge Bookkeeper.

Job Brief: We are currently seeking a full-time team member to join our bookkeeping department and perform various bookkeeping duties while working closely with clientele. Potential candidates must be a self-starter and capable of working efficiently and accurately under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Responsible for the practices and procedures to ensure timely and accurate records and reports.
• Data Entry, Bank Reconciliation and preparing monthly/quarterly financial statements for our client's accounts.
• Preparation and supervision to ensure proper administration of tax reporting such as quarterly and annual business and payroll tax reports.
• Understanding of compiled financial statements.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• Prior experience in an Accounting Firm is preferred.
• Experience and extensive knowledge of bookkeeping procedures are a must.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook is a must.
• Strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize, multi-task, organize and pay attention to detail are skills highly desired for this position.
