Compensation, Availability & Benefits

• Competitive pay: $22.00–$26.00 per hour, based on experience and education
• Part-time start: 15–20 hours per week to begin
• Path to full-time: Opportunity to grow into full-time hours, depending on center needs and your availability

Key Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 ABA services to children and adolescents. Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.

Collect and record data on client progress. Support ABA treatment programs in home and school environments. Assist in developing treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Psychology, Child Development, Education, Communication Disorders, or a related field (not required)
• Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must pass a TB test
• Must pass a criminal background check and fingerprint clearance
• Spanish speaker strongly needed
