Special Education Teachers will work closely with students who require individualized support, helping them succeed academically, socially, and behaviorally in both inclusive and specialized classroom settings.

???? Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide targeted instruction based on student needs
• Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
• Track and report student progress in accordance with district guidelines
• Maintain a structured, supportive, and positive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with families and multidisciplinary teams

???? Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Special Education Teaching License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Degree in Special Education or related field
• Strong classroom management and collaboration skills
• Commitment to student growth and success
