Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Active MN Special Education (SPED) license—Tier 3 or 4
• Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
• Experience managing IEPs and due process
• Ability to supervise paraprofessionals
• For Elementary SPED: Prior work with grades 1–4, experience with high-needs students
• For High School SPED: Experience with academic and behavioral support, resource/push-in services

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect SPED services (according to specific opening)
• Supervise and support paraprofessionals
• Develop, manage, and implement IEPs with reliability and accuracy
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including onsite SPED Coordinator, Due Process Specialist, and SPED Coach
• Provide case management with a maximum of 15 students
