Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This on-site position ensures you work directly with students and staff, offering hands-on support and involvement—remote work is not an option.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possess a current Minnesota teaching credential in Special Education: Developmental Cognitive Disabilities.
• Eligible for or hold a Tier 3 or 4 Minnesota teaching license.
• Proven experience working with students requiring significant support, ideally across multiple grade levels.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and colleagues.
• Commitment to implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and evidence-based interventions.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet students’ unique learning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs for a diverse caseload of students.
• Provide specialized instruction tailored to individual student goals.
• Collaborate with general education teachers, staff, and families to foster student achievement.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold all relevant special education documentation and compliance standards.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Cultivate a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students.

This is an on-site, full-time contract position scheduled for 35 hours per week from mid-August 2026 through late May 2027. Multiple openings are available to help drive impactful change.
