Business Development Associate - Commercial HVAC

Duties and Responsibilities Build and deliver quotes and proposals for commercial HVAC projects Follow up consistently with contractors, engineers, and customers Manage pipeline activity and keep CRM data accurate Support large, complex projects while learning the full sales cycle Take ownership of smaller opportunities and help drive revenue Work closely with BDMs to develop sales strategy and customer relationships In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Self-starter who doesn’t wait for direction Strong communicator comfortable working with contractors and business owners Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development Driven to grow into a Business Development Manager role Preferred Qualifications: Experience in HVAC is a plus Years of Experience: 1–3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
