Inside Sales Representative - USFHP

The USFHP Inside Sales Representative supports the membership goals of the strategic plan by performing direct sales functions for US Family Health Plan. Duties include but are not limited to: providing direct sales and prospective member education by answering questions and clarifying plan features to military beneficiaries regarding US Family Health Plan benefits via inbound telephone and email inquiries. This position also involves initiating follow‑up activities through outbound calling using the contact management system, initiating service recovery techniques, assisting with event planning and coordination, providing feedback on the response to marketing initiatives, information packet fulfillment processing, inventory tracking and ordering. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Health Care Administration, Business Administration or related field. Telephone sales/marketing or high volume customer service experience.
