Administrative Assistant 1

In this part-time Administrative Assistant 1 role, youll provide high-level administrative and clerical supportmanaging work packet documentation, responding to information requests, maintaining records, and partnering with multiple departments to keep priorities moving efficiently and professionally.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills (including professional email etiquette)
• Advanced organization, prioritization, and time management
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and manage deadlines
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

• Experience with work packet documentation and/or production support coordination
• Data entry and document control/records management experience
• Calendar management and scheduling support
• Basic bookkeeping exposure
• Familiarity with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners)

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Entry-level to 2 years of relevant administrative experience (required)

• Part-time schedule: 20 hours/week (up to 25 hours/week max)
• Onsite role in Newberry SC
• 90-day assignment with option to extend up to 120 days
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
