Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist to a dynamic educational setting near Santa Clara, CA. In this flexible contract role, you'll support a diverse caseload, empowering students through direct services and teletherapy. The position is designed for the 2026-2027 school year, combining in-person collaboration with the convenience of remote work.

Qualifications:

• Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license required
• CTC credential (California Commission on Teacher Credentialing)
• Experience working in school settings, with a focus on PreK, elementary, and some middle school students
• Open to both CCC-SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFYs)
• Background in teletherapy and effective use of technology for remote service delivery
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide engaging speech and language therapy to approximately 30 students across PreK-2nd grade, with a small group of middle school students
• Develop, implement, and adjust IEP goals and therapeutic plans tailored to individual student needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with state and federal requirements
• Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
• Balance a weekly schedule of 2 on-site days and 2 teletherapy days, ensuring consistent support and accessibility for all students
