Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid California state licensure for SLP practice in schools
• Previous experience working in elementary settings preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to adapt evidenced-based interventions to meet individual student needs
• Strong organizational and documentation skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language services for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement IEPs, progress monitoring, and data collection
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams using the 3:1 service delivery model
• Participate in team meetings, student evaluations, and ongoing professional development
• Deliver therapy both in group and individual settings in compliance with California and federal guidelines
