Billing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Billing & Payroll Specialist to manage full-cycle billing and payroll operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and invoicing while maintaining strong communication with contractors and internal teams. Key Responsibilities Process timekeeping data in TCR and transfer accurate information into AZ/UKG systems Enter, review, and validate payroll data on a weekly basis, with additional support for end-of-month payroll processing (Tuesdays) Execute full-cycle billing and payroll processes, ensuring all transactions are accurate and completed on time Maintain and update payroll and billing records with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Communicate effectively with contractors and internal stakeholders to resolve payroll and billing discrepancies Identify and elevate discrepancies or issues to ensure compliance and timely resolution Qualifications & Requirements Billing Experience: Minimum of 1+ year in billing (construction industry experience preferred) Payroll Experience: Experience processing weekly payroll for approximately 50 employees Systems Expertise: Strong data entry skills; experience with TCR and/or UKG is a plus Customer Service Skills: Ability to interact professionally with contractors and individuals with diverse personalities Training & Onboarding: Willingness to participate in 1–2 weeks of side‑by‑side onboarding and training Soft Skills: Positive attitude, adaptable, highly organized, and detail-oriented #J-18808-Ljbffr The Intersect Group
