Legal Office Coordinator

LHH Recruitment is partnering with a law firm near Central Phoenix who is looking to hire an office coordinator. This role is fully onsite, Monday-Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity for an administrative professional who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in providing exceptional support to attorneys, staff, and clients. The salary range is between $50,000-$60,000.

Previous experience working in a law firm is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, clients, and incoming phone calls.
  • Coordinate day-to-day office operations to ensure a professional and efficient work environment.
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment maintenance.
  • Schedule meetings, conference rooms, and appointments for attorneys and staff.
  • Prepare, organize, scan, and maintain legal and administrative documents.
  • Assist with document formatting, correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain both electronic and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality.
  • Support onboarding activities and general administrative projects as needed.
  • Assist with expense reports, invoices, and other office administrative functions.
  • Coordinate office events, meetings, and internal communications.
  • Provide administrative support to attorneys and leadership as requested.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of office coordination, office management, or administrative support experience.
  • Previous law firm experience is strongly preferred.
  • Professional demeanor with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience maintaining confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
