Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This full-time, on-site contract runs from August 24th through Thanksgiving and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a caseload that spans both early intervention and elementary settings.

You'll work with approximately 40 children from birth to 5 years old, delivering specialized support that promotes communication and language skills during critical developmental years. Additionally, you’ll serve students in pre-school through 3rd grade at two non-public schools, ensuring a diverse and stimulating professional experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required.
• Experience with early childhood and elementary populations valued.
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability and enthusiasm for working in both individual and group settings.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children from birth through 3rd grade.
• Deliver therapy sessions in-person, adjusting techniques to suit each child's unique needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress.
• Maintain thorough records and participate in regular meetings as needed.

This role follows a Monday through Friday schedule, aligning with school hours (8 AM to 3 PM), providing the consistency and work-life balance many professionals seek in the education sector.
