BG Staffing is currently seeking an experienced and professional LIHTC Property Manager for a community located in Brooklyn, NY 11238. Position Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the property and leasing office
• Ensure compliance with LIHTC regulations and affordable housing requirements
• Manage resident files, certifications, and recertifications
• Maintain occupancy goals and support leasing initiatives
• Collect rents and monitor delinquency reports
• Handle resident relations and resolve concerns professionally
• Conduct property inspections and ensure community standards are maintained
• Coordinate with maintenance staff to address work orders and property needs
• Supervise site personnel and third-party vendors as needed
• Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and support ownership objectives

Qualifications

• Previous Property Manager experience required
• LIHTC experience strongly preferred
• Knowledge of affordable housing compliance regulations
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional demeanor and attention to detail

Compensation & Schedule

Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
