A per diem pharmacist opportunity is available to support a large assisted living facility's on-site pharmacy serving residents. This role involves verifying prescriptions, conducting data entry, performing script final reviews, and providing minimal patient counseling. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule with two shift options: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Training on Rx30 software will be provided prior to coverage.

Location:

• Menomonee Falls, WI (Cedar Community - Cedar Lake Campus)

Responsibilities:

• Verify and review prescriptions accurately
• Perform data entry and manage script finalization
• Conduct minimal patient counseling as needed
• Handle opening duties for the 7:30 AM shift or closing duties for the 8:30 AM shift with technician support
• Collaborate with a team including 1 full-time pharmacist and 4 technicians per shift
• Manage approximately 20-30 prescriptions per day plus 500 electronic verifications

Qualifications:

• Active and clean Wisconsin pharmacist license required
• Retail or outpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Open to new graduates seeking practical exposure
• Ability to adapt to Rx30 software with provided training
