Network Infrastructure EngineerLocation: West Palm Beach, FLDuration: 6 monthsAct as a subject matter expert for enterprise network infrastructureLead network modernization and upgrade initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional IT and security teamsEnsure network reliability, scalability, and performanceDrive adoption of automation in network operationsSupport compliance with change management and regulatory standardsProvide technical guidance on routing, switching, and securityParticipate in incident and problem management processesContribute to continuous improvement in network operationsSupport project planning and execution for infrastructure initiativesLead network infrastructure upgrade projects across enterprise environmentsUpgrade Cisco, Arista, and Palo Alto devices including switches, routers, and firewallsPerform IOS/XE and EOS upgrades and configuration managementImplement and manage SD-WAN solutions and centralized platformsConfigure and manage routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, and EIGRPManage Layer 2 technologies including VLANs and STPUtilize Ansible for network automation and configuration deploymentMonitor network performance using tools like NetScout, Cisco DNAC, NetFlow, SNMP, and SyslogTroubleshoot and resolve incident and problem ticketsParticipate in 24/7 on-call support rotationProvision network resources including VLANs, ports, routing, and firewall rulesPerform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutionsStrong experience with Cisco routing and switching platformsExperience upgrading Arista and Palo Alto network devicesExpertise in Cisco IOS/XE and Arista EOSHands-on experience with SD-WAN technologiesStrong knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP)Solid understanding of Layer 2 technologies (VLANs, STP)Experience with network monitoring tools (NetScout, Cisco DNAC, NetFlow, SNMP)Proficiency in network automation using AnsibleKnowledge of firewall policy management and network securityStrong troubleshooting and incident management skillsExperience with NetFlow, SNMP, and SyslogExcellent communication and documentation skills5 years or above Pacer Group
