Speaker Engagement Manager — On‑Site Speaker Support Specialist – Business Operations, Redmond, Washington Consulting, Jun 2 2026 Overview Prime 8 Consulting provides Speaker Specialists to support our client in the execution of Customer Experience Team Executive Engagements. The Speaker Specialist role supports world‑class customer and account team experiences. What You’ll Do Operational Excellence (25%) Local Speaker Data Reports: Become an expert with our internal reporting tools and work closely with our internal tools team for monthly and ad‑hoc reporting across all centers. Provide feedback on tools for ongoing reporting improvement. Speaker Pool Hygiene & Updates: Track speaker community for speaker sign‑ups, current speaker status and speaker deactivations. Support speaker communication for any speaker pool hygiene campaigns. Track and report on escalations. Speaker Specialist Playbook: Maintain and keep speaker specialist playbook updated with process guidelines to enable cross‑center process alignment and new speaker specialist training. Speaker Hub and Speaker Content Maintenance: Ensure speaker facing content updated with latest speaker information from onboarding to training material. Strategic Speaker Program Initiatives: Provide guidance on new speaker strategies and implementation to support planning and execution. Integration: Shared management and strategic alignment between speaker specialist function in regard to identifying speaker or speaker groups for customer engagements. Speaker Engagement (25%) Local Speaker Onboarding: Manage the speaker onboarding process from beginning to end, including pre‑work, orientation, post‑work, follow‑up calls, session observations, and tracking. Local Speaker Profiles: Manage speaker profiles and speaker pools, register new speakers, process deactivations, and reflect accurate data for delivery teams and other stakeholders. Speaker Surveys: Support semi‑annual and ad‑hoc surveys in terms of speaker outreach and analysis. Review previous survey and provide guidance on future survey questions. Speaker Communications: Logistical support for broad speaker communications as advised by the Speaker Program Director. Speaker Excellence (15%) Speaker 101 Training: Manage 101 training logistics, registration and training presenter schedule for the four 101 speaker training modules starting with speaker training 101 and 102 technical training. Local Speaker Training: Coordinate registration, speaker training nominations based on speaker scores and number or session. Speaker training Event Coordination: Manage event logistics such as room reservation and catering, including logistics arrangement with speakers including training recording or in‑person training sessions. Rewards and Recognition (15%) EBC Annual Awards: Provide data to EBC award selection team on top speakers and quarterly award nominees. Provide full event support for annual EBC awards including catering, staging invitations. Quarterly and Monthly Awards: Manage nominations, logistics and recording of quarterly and monthly speaker award winners. Based on speaker survey results provide list of nominees for awards. Gift Inventory: Manage inventory and, as advised, distribution of speaker gifts. Recommend and order gifts per budget and FY25 plan guidance. Climate Pledge Arena Speaker Events: Manage. Responsibility Detail: Community (20%) Speaker Newsletter Support: Provide profiles of new and high performing speakers for inclusion in monthly and quarterly newsletters. Speaker Event Support: Manage invitations, event logistics such as catering, room bookings and technical requirements for events. Topic Owner Speaker Event Support: Keep inventory and event details of Topic Owner speaker events. Support event logistics as determined by speaker program director.
