State Farm Insurance Agent Stephen Couvillon located on scenic South Congress Avenue in Austin, Texas is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join their nationally recognized winning team. As a team member of the Stephen Couvillon State Farm Agency, you will build and develop customer relationships as a front office customer service representative involving insurance-related office duties. You will promote and service State Farm products such as Auto, Homeowners, Renters, Life and Business for new and existing customers. 

 
Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships both over the phone and in person. 
• Proactively reach out and follow up with prospective customers regarding new business acquisition as well as interacting with current customers ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing concerns, and bundling additional products.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service tasks can include answering phones and greeting/helping walk-ins, taking payments, responding to inquiries regarding insurance coverages, making policy changes, claim submissions/assistance, billing clarification and other miscellaneous customer requests.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate, advise, and multi-line customers regarding their insurance options.

• Bilingual - Spanish (preferred) 
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)

• Must be available to work the following schedule: (Monday - Friday 8:30 AM-5 PM)
