Workday Integrations/Extend Lead

Job Summary Huron is looking for a Technical Manager to lead the implementation life cycle for cloud‑based enterprise systems, driving strategic growth and innovation as part of a global consultancy. The role includes planning, configuration, design, build, conversion, training, go‑live, and post‑production support, and offers significant visibility across projects. Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end implementation life cycle for cloud‑based enterprise system implementations. Plan, configure, design, build, convert, train, go‑live, and support post‑production activities. Manage and implement Workday integrations, including inbound and outbound EIBs, and integration enhancements. Collaborate with project teams and client leadership to understand and resolve client problems or barriers, providing technical recommendations that align with business needs. Work with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and design and implement solutions. Coach and lead technical staff members and ensure end‑to‑end technical work‑stream ownership. Qualifications 6–10 years of experience as a technical lead or architect on cloud‑based enterprise system implementations. 2–3 years of experience with complex systems integrations, data conversions, and end‑to‑end technical work‑stream ownership. Proven experience managing a team. Experience using Studio and Extend; experience with Orchestrate is a plus. Deep expertise in one or more technical areas of cloud‑based ERP, EPM, CRM, or Data Management solutions. Strong collaboration skills and ability to interact with client personnel at varying levels. Strong coaching and leadership skills for technical staff. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. Willingness to travel up to 50%. Benefits & Compensation Estimated base salary range: $145,000 – $170,000. Total compensation including annual incentive opportunity: $174,000 – $204,000.
