Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, crafting and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week, documenting all interactions and treatment progress according to company standards.
\n
• Collaborate with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated mental health services that effectively address community needs.

• Utilize innovative and creative therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and navigate challenges.
\n
• Prepare detailed individual documentation for every session, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company guidelines.
\n
• Coordinate with case managers, family members, and multidisciplinary staff to provide holistic support to clients.
\n
• Actively participate in clinical staff meetings, workshops, and continuous training programs to enhance your skills and contribute to team discussions.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current LMFT licensure in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrated experience with clinical documentation, including assessments and treatment plans.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a focus on clarity, empathy, and professionalism.

• Proven ability to maintain appropriate boundaries and foster a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients.

• Experience in working with a diverse population and understanding of cultural competency in mental health care.

• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems; familiarity with Valant is a plus.

• Must be able to pass a background check.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Enrich Living Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus. We provide a flexible hourly pay structure that includes commission on client sessions, alongside the following benefits:
