Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients experiencing mood disorders, including evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of their symptoms to inform treatment strategies.

• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual client needs, goals, and preferences, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote effective coping mechanisms and emotional regulation.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care practices, fostering increased understanding and support.

• Regularly monitor client progress, adapting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and satisfaction.

• Engage in coordinated care efforts with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to address comprehensive client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
