Administrative Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish English)

Steadfast is looking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish & English) office assistant. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast‑paced environment and multi‑task. Exceptional customer service skills, both over the phone and in person with our customers and employees, are required. Requirements Bilingual in Spanish and English – speak, read, and write. At least 2 years of previous administrative experience. Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Pay attention to detail and the ability to follow special instructions. Must be able to pass a background check as required. Job Responsibilities Answer inbound and outbound calls. Translate documents and communications. Scan and copy documents. Greet incoming visitors and answer inquiries. Conduct scheduling and create calendar events. Additional Training Bookkeeping in QuickBooks. Payroll and Human Resources. Other areas; we have lots of room to grow. #J-18808-Ljbffr Steadfastalliance
