Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations utilizing tools such as clinical interviews and standardized assessments to identify clients' mental health needs accurately.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, considering various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic techniques that resonate with clients’ backgrounds and experiences.

• Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and psychiatrists, ensuring an integrated, holistic treatment approach that aligns with the best interests of our clients.

• Offer crisis intervention and support services, maintaining a compassionate and responsive demeanor in acute situations, ensuring safety and stability for our clients.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to educate the public on mental health issues, promote wellness strategies, and destigmatize mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• At least 2 years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a community mental health environment.
