Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing treatment plans that guide the treatment process in collaboration with clients.

• Creating pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, and pharmaceutical treatment plans.

• Documenting all relevant information accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based screening tools endorsed by the clinical team to assess patient needs effectively.
\n
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance positive behavior support strategies for better patient outcomes.

• Engaging in licensing and accreditation processes, ensuring our services meet the highest professional standards.

• Acting as a liaison with service systems, governmental agencies, and community partners to advocate for our clients effectively.

• Maintaining open communication channels with stakeholders to promote our agency's mission and services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population of clients, including individuals grappling with mental health disorders, substance use challenges, developmental disabilities, and brain injuries. You will guide them through evidence-based therapeutic practices, helping them to achieve recovery and reintegration into their communities.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in a behavioral health field.

• An Independent LMHC License from the state board.
