Home to approximately 600 member families, Exmoor is centered around a nationally recognized Donald Ross golf course while also offering tennis, swimming, curling, platform tennis, pickleball, skiing, and a vibrant calendar of family and social programming throughout the year. QualificationsThe Position As Food & Beverage Manager, you\'ll be a key member of Exmoor\'s leadership team, responsible for overseeing daily front-of-house operations across multiple dining venues and member events. Your responsibilities include: Lead daily operations across multiple food and beverage outlets. Coach, mentor, and develop service staff through consistent training and leadership. Foster a positive, accountable, and engaging workplace culture. Deliver exceptional member and guest experiences through visible, engaging floor leadership. Partner closely with the Executive Chef and culinary department to execute outstanding dining experiences. Coordinate and oversee private events, member functions, and banquets ranging from intimate dinners to events of more than 200 guests. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, professionalism, and service execution. Assist with hiring & training, scheduling, labor management, and operational planning. Build strong working relationships across all departments to ensure seamless member experiences. The Package This is a full-time, salaried, year-round leadership position.
