IT Support Engineer

*Description*
Responsibilities include:
* Handson Mac desktop support with limited Windows exposure
* Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
* Supporting walkup, Slack, Teams, and emailbased IT requests
* Assisting with onboarding/offboarding and device provisioning
* Supporting internal pilot initiatives, including setup and configuration of AIenabled devices
* Communicating clearly and effectively with technical and nontechnical users across all levels of the organization
Current Environment & Tools:
* MacOSfocused desktop environments
* Microsoft Outlook and Teams
* Google Drive (file sharing and limited user administration)
* Okta, Jira, Slack
* Intune / MDM tools
Nice to Have:
* Exposure to basic scripting or automation (Python or Bash)

Onsite 5 days a week. 9:30am - 5:30 can be flexible for the right candidate.
Supporting primarily MacOS environments with limited Windows exposure; broader OS familiarity is a plus but not required. Always room for automation and scripting in the role, Python & Bash.
