Legal Recruiting Assistant

Reporting to senior recruiting leadership, the Recruiting Assistant plays a key role in coordinating candidate experiences, managing recruiting operations, and supporting strategic hiring initiatives. This position provides valuable insight into recruitment, talent acquisition, and operations while working closely with c-suite / stakeholders, candidates, and business professionals. Description Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews across multiple practice areas. Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates during the interview process, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. Greet candidates, provide office tours, and escort applicants throughout the interview schedule. Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data within the firm's recruitment systems. Support the day-to-day operations of the Legal Recruiting team and assist with ongoing hiring initiatives. Contribute to recruiting projects, seasonal hiring programs, and cross-functional talent acquisition efforts. Attend industry recruiting events and professional development programs as appropriate. Assist with special projects and additional recruiting initiatives assigned by recruiting leadership. Profile Strong interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, operations, or professional services environments. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities. Strong attention to detail, including proofreading and maintaining accurate records. Professional judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A proactive, team-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Bachelor's degree required. Prior recruiting or professional services experience is beneficial but not required.
