Job Details

What You Will Do
  • Represent plaintiffs in insurance bad faith and broker negligence litigation
  • Manage cases from inception through resolution or trial
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal briefs
  • Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses
  • Appear in court for hearings and oral arguments
  • Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial
