Advocacy Attorney

Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of employment litigation matters from intake through resolution
Develop and execute legal strategies for optimal client outcomes
Handle discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
Represent clients in mediations, negotiations, and court proceedings
Provide strong client communication and case guidance throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of plaintiff-side employment law experience
Proven experience handling cases involving: PAGA (Private Attorneys General Act), FEHA (Fair Employment and Housing Act), Wage & Hour disputes, Workplace discrimination, Harassment claims, Wrongful termination
Strong understanding of the full litigation lifecycle
Ability to manage cases independently with minimal supervision
Excellent advocacy, negotiation, and analytical skills
Track record of delivering favorable outcomes for clients
Salary
Annual Salary: $125,000 – $180,000 USD
