Key Responsibilities\n

• Create tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and client evaluations. You will utilize evidence-based practices to ensure each client receives personalized care.

• Conduct individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Engage in ongoing assessment of client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to align with client goals and outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients, ensuring a holistic approach to mental health.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with relevant regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, we offer:
