Sr. Account Executive
Hybrid, San Francisco, CA -OR- Seattle, WA Base comp: $110-125k base, commission structure. $200-250K OTE Benefits: Stocks Options. 401K, Medical, Dental, PTO, Sick Leave.Enterprise Account Executive (AI / Automation Platform) Our client is hiring an Enterprise AE to close large, complex deals for a fastgrowing AI automation platform transforming HR, IT, and backoffice operations. You'll own the full enterprise sales cycle-prospecting, qualifying, running multithreaded cycles, navigating procurement, and closing 6-7 figure ARR deals. Many opportunities are partnerinfluenced, but you'll control strategy, progression, and close. This is an AIfirst sales role . You'll use AI tools to accelerate pipeline generation, improve execution, and run a highleverage, modern enterprise motion. What You'll Do
- Own enterprise revenue from outbound close
- Convert inbound MQLs into qualified executive meetings
- Lead long, multistakeholder sales cycles
- Run partnerinfluenced opportunities with brokers/consultants
- Build account plans and expand into new functions/geos
- Navigate procurement, security, and legal
- Provide feedback to Product & Marketing to strengthen the enterprise motion
- 5-8+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience
- Track record closing 6-7 figure deals
- Strong outbound + selfsourced pipeline skills
- Executive presence and valuebased selling
- Experience selling into complex orgs (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement)
- Curiosity and comfort using AI to improve performance
- Build a strong enterprise pipeline
- Convert inbound leads consistently
- Close multiple enterprise deals
- Establish repeatable, AIdriven sales workflows
- Expand at least one major account
