Customer Account Specialist

Privately held corporate office located in Charlotte in hiring a Customer Account Specialist for their team. You will receive and manage orders for assigned accounts. This is a great opportunity to join a family focused company that is supported by great leadership. Salary up to $60k a year.

Responsibilities:

• Taking industrial parts and equipment orders from commercial manufacturing accounts via email, phone and fax.

• Assist commercial customer with selection of components using supplier catalogs as technical reference and guide.

• Quote sales order price

• Interface with suppliers to obtain products and check inventory stock

• Partner with outside sales reps to meet customer needs

• Track shipment and contact customer if problems with orders arise

• Coordinate projects as needed

• Collaborate with internal departments to provide excellent customer experience

Requirements:

• Word, Excel & Outlook

• Minimum 2 years experience handling industrial product orders that are tracked and shipped.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
