Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to impart effective counseling to individuals, groups, and families.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing sensitivity and expert problem-solving skills to ensure their safety and well-being.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your caseload will include a diverse range of clients, from children and adolescents to adults and families, with varying mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. This role requires cultural competence and sensitivity, as you will be addressing the unique needs of individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Active and independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
